Data retention and deletion

The Company keeps user profiles, transactions, and other personal data as long as a user has an account with us. We only keep it for as long as needed to fulfill why we collected it, like following legal rules.

We might hold onto some information for safety, security, and to prevent fraud. For example, if we have to deactivate a user's account because of unsafe actions, we might keep some details to stop them from making a new account later.

Users can ask us to delete their account anytime. After their request, we'll get rid of data we don't need for legal reasons, like tax or legal requirements. For instance, we keep certain details like user location or device usage for at least 7 years. During this time, we might use it for safety, security, or research purposes.

Sometimes, we might not be able to delete a user's account, like if there's money owed or a dispute. Once these issues are sorted out, we'll delete the account as mentioned.

If a user wants us to stop using their information or update it, just let us know. We'll change or remove it according to our rules and the law.

In some cases, we might make a user's personal info anonymous so it can't be linked to them anymore. Then, we can use it for business reasons without telling them.
